"To get to the next level of greatness, depends on the quality of the culture, which depends on the quality of the relationships, which depends on the quality of the conversations. Everything happens through conversations!"
-Judith E. Glaser, Founder of the Creating WE Institute

Many educators report low feelings of psychological safety in their schools, leading to overwhelm and burn-out, and causing top talent to pursue opportunities outside the profession. Elevating your Conversational Intelligence (CIQ), is a powerful step in restoring and enhancing the trust needed to navigate the increasing complexity we face daily in our schools, so we can cut through the noise, tap back into our purpose, and do the work we were called to do.

In this session, participants will learn:
The neuroscience of conversation, including how neural networks either set us up to partner with others, or shut us down to protect ourselves from social threat
How to recognize when we are in "amygdala hijack," or when they may have inadvertently triggered others
How to PRIME conversations for Trust
How to Listen to Connect, not Judge, Confirm or Reject
How to Ask Questions for Which We have no Answers
How to maintain Conversational Agility
How to Double-Click to ensure understanding

This session will be in-depth and interactive, providing you with the tools you need to begin transforming your relationships at school, and home, and in all areas of your life, using CIQ.
